The short answer
View Park–Windsor Hills is part of LA County's Mesa Heights Garbage Disposal District with Ladera Heights. Basic service includes weekly bulky-item and e-waste collection on request in unlimited quantities, paid through the district assessment on your property tax bill. The County strongly recommends scheduling with the hauler.

Sources disagree: the County's FAQ names Universal Waste Systems as the hauler but also says the district's contract was renewed in January 2024. Confirm the current hauler with Universal Waste Systems or LA County Public Works before you set anything out.

When the city pickup doesn’t fit
The program works when the items are at the curb and can wait for the pickup day. If they're still inside, upstairs or in the backyard, you're over the limit, or you need them gone sooner, we carry them out and haul them away. Pricing starts at $190; see junk removal in View Park–Windsor Hills or single-item pickup.
