How does an estate cleanout work?

We clear a loved one's home once the family has taken what they want, or after the estate sale, and haul everything else away. Full homes get an estimate first from photos or an on-site visit. Pricing starts at $190.

What happens to usable things

Usable items go to local donation shops such as Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity ReStore, and scrap metal is recycled at SA Recycling.

What we take

  • Furniture and mattresses
  • Clothes, linens and household items
  • Kitchen, garage and shed contents
  • Appliances
  • Leftovers after an estate sale

Ask us first

  • Mark or set aside what the family is keeping, or tell us what to leave.
  • Tell us anything that must be looked for (papers, photos, keepsakes).
  • We don't take paint or chemicals, or any other hazardous waste: solvents, asbestos, medical waste or propane tanks. Ask us where to take them.

Always included

Loading, hauling and cleanup are included. We carry it out from inside the house, the garage, the yard or upstairs, so you don't need to move anything to the curb.
