Small, non-structural tear-outs: playhouses and clubhouses, old kitchens, decks and similar jobs, with the debris hauled away and the area cleaned up. Demolition jobs get an estimate first from photos or on site. Pricing starts at $250.

- Structural walls and anything needing a permit: ask first.
- Utilities must be shut off before we start.
- We don't handle hazardous waste: paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste or propane tanks. Ask us where to take them.

Loading, hauling and cleanup are included. We carry it out from inside the house, the garage, the yard or upstairs, so you don't need to move anything to the curb.

Isaiah and team were great! Very nice and professional. When they came to demo our kitchen, they were thorough and cleaned up after they were done. The fridge water valve had a slight leak, and they capped all the water faucets. I would highly recommend them, and would use them again for our next demo.
