Estate cleanouts and tenant move-outs

“Isaiah and his team made everything so much easier.”

How does a house cleanout work?

We clear what's left in a home, room by room, after an estate sale, a move or a tenant leaving. Pricing starts at $250; full houses get an estimate from photos or an on-site visit first. Same-day or next-day pickup depending on availability for smaller jobs.

What we take

  • Furniture and mattresses
  • Clothes, boxes and household items
  • Kitchen and garage contents
  • Appliances
  • Leftovers after an estate sale
  • Junk left by previous owners or tenants

Ask us first

  • Set aside anything you want to keep, or tell us what to leave.
  • We don't handle hazardous waste: paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste or propane tanks. Ask us where to take them.

Always included

Loading, hauling and cleanup are included. We carry it out from inside the house, the garage, the yard or upstairs, so you don't need to move anything to the curb.

How it works

Most jobs go from first text to cleared-out space the same way.

  1. Send photos

Text photos of what needs to go and your city to (562) 219-9266, or use the quote form.

“asked me to send pictures for the thing to be removed gave me an estimate in another five minutes…” Manzar S.

  2. Get a price by text

We text back an estimate based on truck space, materials, weight, access and labor. Starts at $250.

“I texted them and they gave me a quote in minutes.” Ilie A.

  3. Pick a time

Same-day or next-day depending on availability. We keep you posted on the way.

“kept in touch letting me know when they were close…” Jeri B.

  4. We haul it and clean up

We carry everything out from wherever it sits, load the trailer, and clean up before we leave.

“Even swept up after removal!” Amy R.

I put in a request online and 2 mins later got a text from Isaiah to get a quote for junk I needed removed from my grandmothers home. They were so fast and the best price option I had been given. The communication was great and they were in and out so quickly. They made this such a painless process. I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future if junk removal is needed again!!
