How our pricing works
Starts at $250. $50 off your first pickup.
“Price was more than fair!”
How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing starts at $250. The price depends on how much truck space your things take, the type of material, its weight, how easy it is to reach, and the labor involved.
Text photos of what needs to go to (562) 219-9266 and we text back an estimate, or we can set up an on-site estimate. We never guarantee a final total over the phone. Your quote covers what's in your photos; if more items are added on pickup day, the price is adjusted for them.
We take Cash, Check, Credit/debit, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, PayPal and Cash App.
What sets the price
Truck space
How much of the trailer your things fill. The crew breaks bulky items down when it makes sense, so they take less room.
Type of material
Furniture and household junk load differently from drywall, dirt or concrete.
Weight
Heavy material like concrete, dirt, brick and tile is priced by weight as well as space.
Access
Stairs, long carries and tight side yards take more time than a pile by the driveway.
Labor
Taking things apart, cutting down a hot tub or tearing out a shed adds work.
We break bulky items down when it makes sense, so they take less truck space.
“because they can demolish bulky items to make more space in their truck…”
Pick a rough load size
No dollar figures here beyond the $250 starting price: every job is priced from your photos. Pick a size to start a quote.
Do you charge by the hour or by the item?
Neither, exactly. Roa builds the price from the five factors above. That's why photos matter: they show how much space your stuff will take, what it's made of, and how hard it will be to get out.
One thing that helps here: the crew can break down bulky items so they take less room in the truck. Less space can mean a lower price. The guide on pricing by truck space explains how that works.
Are there extra fees for stairs or heavy items?
Stairs, long carries and heavy items are part of access, weight and labor, so they show up in the price. They aren't a surprise charge added later. If your photos show the item is upstairs or in the back of the yard, that's already in your quote.
You don't need to move anything outside first. The crew removes items from inside homes, apartments, garages, offices and other spots they can get to.
How do I get an accurate price by text?
Good photos get you a good quote. Send these to (562) 219-9266:
- One wide shot of everything that's going, so the crew can judge truck space.
- A close shot of any big or heavy item, like a sofa, fridge, piano, safe or hot tub.
- Where the items are: garage, backyard, second floor, basement, storage unit.
- Anything about access, like stairs, a long walk from the street, or a tight gate.
- Your city and the day and time you'd like the pickup.
When should I ask for an on-site estimate?
For most pickups, photos are enough. A few kinds of jobs are easier to price in person: full house cleanouts, estate and hoarding cleanouts, sheds or small demolition, and anything spread across several rooms or buildings. Larger projects like these get an estimate first.
If you're not sure, start with photos. Isaiah will tell you if he needs to see it in person before giving you a price.
