How does mattress removal work?

Text a photo of the mattress and where it is. A queen mattress fits our $190 minimum. The crew carries it out of the bedroom, upstairs included, with the box spring and frame if you want those gone too.

Free ways to get rid of a mattress

Many cities pick up mattresses with bulky-item collection, and drop-off sites take them free. The mattress disposal guide lists the options, and your city's bulky pickup rules say what yours takes. We're the option when it needs to come out of the house now.

What we take

  • Mattresses of every size
  • Box springs
  • Bed frames and headboards
  • Futon and crib mattresses
  • Mattresses from storage units

Ask us first

  • We don't take paint or chemicals, or any other hazardous waste: solvents, asbestos, medical waste or propane tanks. Ask us where to take them.

Always included

Loading, hauling and cleanup are included. We carry it out from inside the house, the garage, the yard or upstairs, so you don't need to move anything to the curb.

How our pricing works

How it works

Most jobs go from first text to cleared-out space the same way.

  1. Send photos

Text photos of what needs to go and your city to (562) 219-9266, or use the quote form.

“asked me to send pictures for the thing to be removed gave me an estimate in another five minutes…” Manzar S.

  2. Get a price by text

We text back an estimate based on truck space, materials, weight, access and labor. Starts at $190.

“I texted them and they gave me a quote in minutes.” Ilie A.

  3. Pick a time

Same-day or next-day depending on availability. We keep you posted on the way.

“kept in touch letting me know when they were close…” Jeri B.

  4. We haul it and clean up

We carry everything out from wherever it sits, load the trailer, and clean up before we leave.

“Even swept up after removal!” Amy R.

How much does mattress removal cost?

Pricing starts at $190. One mattress costs less than a mattress, box spring and frame carried down from upstairs: the number of pieces, the stairs and the carry set the price.
