The short answer
The only published figure we found for Seal Beach is from a Voice of OC article (April 2025): Republic Services gives single-family homes two free pickups a year of one bulky or electronic item. Neither the city nor Republic publishes the rules on a page we could check, so call Republic to confirm before you book.

When the city pickup doesn’t fit
The program works when the items are at the curb and can wait for the pickup day. If they're still inside, upstairs or in the backyard, you're over the limit, or you need them gone sooner, we carry them out and haul them away. Pricing starts at $190; see junk removal in Seal Beach or single-item pickup.
