The short answer
CR&R has served Laguna Beach since July 1, 2024, taking over from WM. The city's service package includes 4 bulky pickups a year with up to 10 items each for single-family homes and multi-family buildings of up to 5 units. The city's rate sheets don't list a booking contact, so call CR&R.

Possibly out of date: these figures come from the city's FY 2024-25 rate sheets, and fees may have changed since July 2025. Confirm with CR&R before you set anything out.

When the city pickup doesn’t fit
The program works when the items are at the curb and can wait for the pickup day. If they're still inside, upstairs or in the backyard, you're over the limit, or you need them gone sooner, we carry them out and haul them away. Pricing starts at $190; see junk removal in Laguna Beach or single-item pickup.
